PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU BECOME A PATRON WHEN YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR SUPPORT. THE SERVICES I PROVIDE ARE EXCLUSIVE TO AND ARE GESTURES OF MY GRATITUDE TOWARDS THE PATRONS.

Cycle: The subscription period for which an automatic renewal amount has been paid by you.

ROR: Request for a refund.

A beautiful relationship is where there’s a healthy exchange and where you show up consistently. At the same time, it’s also where you’re respected if you change your mind and want to walk out.

I thank you (!!!) for showing up and I’ve developed this Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy that informs you about what happens if you change your mind.

  1. 11 Months Price Protection
Once subscribed at a particular patronage, the automatic renewals can be carried out at the same price without change, for a period of 11 months (12 months for quarterly subscriptions), inclusive of the first payment of the year.
  1. Automatic monthly renewal are carried out via PayPal on the 1st of every month, until cancelled by you. A patronage may also be cancelled by PotatoMind, on our sole discretion, with or without a notice.
  2. You can cancel a recurring patronage any time, using the ‘Cancel’ link emailed to you during the time of your subscription.
  3. You can also request a cancellation via the form, citing the following:
    1. Subject: Request for cancellation of <monthly/quarterly> patronage
    2. Date of subscription
    3. Amount of patronage
    4. Month or quarter for which cancellation/pause is requested.
    5. Whether or not the payment has been made for the said month or quarter.
    6. Whether or not a refund is requiredThough PotatoMind offers you the option to request a refund on the donations, hopefully you will allow the spirit of support to stay alive.
